AnnaSophia will attend the 14th PBIFF

Has been confirm by her official site that AnnaSophia will attend the 14th Annual Palm Beach International Film Festival (PBIFF) \”Horizon Award\” on April 24th.

Anna Sophia Robb to Receive Palm Beach Fest Honors

The 14th Annual Palm Beach International Film Festival (PBIFF) will present its “Showmanship Award” to Emmy-winner and Golden Globe Award-nominee Christine Baranski in “celebration of her multi-faceted career”

Additionally, teen actress Anna Sophia Robb, star of the recent “Race to Witch Mountain” will receive this year’s “Horizon Award” Baranski and Robb will among the celebrants on Friday, April 24, during a black tie awards gala at the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

Tristan Rogers (“General Hospital”) returns once again as the gala’s host, the festival announced Thursday evening.

In other nods, PBIFF will fete director Joel Zwick (“My Big Fat Greek Wedding”) who will receive the Visionary Award. Academy Award-nominated actor James Cromwell will receive the Career Achievement Award. His career includes films as “Babe” “The Green Mile” “The Longest Yard” “The Queen” and most recently portrayed George H. W. Bush in Oliver Stone’s “W”

PBIFF will also honor Longtime Board Member John Oxendine with the Founders Award.

“We are truly thrilled with this year’s lineup of honorees for the festival’s gala. They are remarkable representatives for each of their genres” commented Randi Emerman, PBIFF Director about this year’s honorees in a release. The five-day Palm Beach International Film Festival runs April 23 – 27.
